The medical practice has traditionally accepted patients from all parts of the city and immediate environs, however, due to an ever increasing patient population, traffic congestion and a consequent increase in travel time, we are now limiting new registrations to the Eastgate, Westgate (including Hempstead) Barton and Tredworth Wards of the city.

Linden, Podsmead, Robinswood, Saintbridge, Coney Hill, Barnwood and Kingsholm ARE NOT WITHIN THE PRACTICE BOUNDARY.

If we are able to register you please call in at reception where you will be asked to fill in some application forms.You will need to bring 2 forms of identity, one photographic (ideally a passport)and something showing your current address.
