Patient Participation Group
Our patient group helps the practice look at ways to improve the service we provide to our patients.
If you would be interested in joining the group, please complete the Patient Participation Group Registration form or speak to one of the receptionists who will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
The group aims to meet two to three times a year, but if this is not possible for all members, we can keep in regular contact with you by email, telephone or letter.
We will be in touch shortly after we receive your form. Please note that no medical information or questions will be responded to.
